AI transformation · status reportUnder the surface

Your AI transformation looks on track. It isn't. It's standing still.

The licences are out, the training is complete and your employees show interest. Everything looks to be going according to plan.

Leadership wonders why nothing happens. Employees don't know how to move on. Frustration grows on both sides.

  • Leadership “We bought the licences. Why is nothing happening?”
  • Employees “I want to use AI more, but nobody shows me how.”

How Ody works

Map. Move. Measure.

Three red boxes under the surface. Three steps that turn them.

  1. The wrong people lead the change

    Map

Find who colleagues actually turn to, not who sits at the top of the org chart.

  2. No behaviour changes

    Move

Ody creates an adaptive roadmap, tailored to fix the problems that make you stall.

  3. No results

    Measure

Measure the inside, not the optics: how the work actually changes and what value it creates.

Map

Leaders get appointed. Colleagues listen to someone else.

The ambassadors are usually managers. But when something breaks, people ask whoever knows, not whoever has the title.

Ody asks everyone who they turn to. The answers show who actually has influence.

  • A six-minute survey for everyone
  • Network analysis, not an org chart
  • The right people get a mandate and time
Twenty-five people in three departments. In the org chart the CEO and three managers sit at the top, appointed to lead. In the map of who colleagues ask, each department gathers around one person who is not a manager, and those three tie the departments together.FIELD SERVICEFINANCETRADINGFIELD SERVICEFINANCETRADINGAnnaSamirEva
  • Appointed to lead
  • Who colleagues ask
  • Employees

The CEO and managers are appointed to lead. That is the plan.

Anna, Samir and Eva each hold a department together. None of them is a manager. Illustrative.

Measure

See the change, not just the licences.

Every month you see how many have changed how they work, where it has stalled and what comes next.

The steering group and the change lead look at the same picture.

Why Ody exists

AI-first. People-led.

Today everyone talks about becoming AI-first, as if the technology itself were the solution. We believe in something else. AI will change how we work at its core, but not by itself.

Read the full letter

Again and again I have seen the same pattern: most of the resources go to pre-studies, planning and long implementations. What is left is employees with yet another system but the same everyday work as before, with neither the time nor the will to relearn. All the effort went into introducing the technology, and almost none into building people’s capability.

There is no universal answer key for how an organisation changes. The world is more complex than ever, and every organisation has to find its own way, based on its maturity, its readiness for change and its internal dynamics.

My conviction is that the winners will be the organisations that hold on to their identity, believe in their people and use technology to strengthen them, not replace them. That move from heavy implementations to a built-in ability to change, with the right intent from the very start.

Ody exists to make that possible. We scale the knowledge of those who do the heavy lifting in every change, the change leaders and the ambassadors, so that more people see the direction, can build the organisation’s capability step by step and get the right support when resistance comes. That is how AI makes people stronger.

Thomas Eklöf, founder and CEO

Not for everyone.

Ody is not built to replace people with AI, but to empower them. We take a human-centered approach for small and mid-sized organisations struggling to translate AI potential into new ways of working and get measurable results. If your main goal is to cut costs by replacing people with AI, we are the wrong partner for you.

Straight answers.

What happens after I request access?

A call within a few days, then a written proposal. Nothing to prepare.

Is it binding?

No. Requesting access commits you to nothing. In the pilot you can stop after 30 days and pay the first month only. After six months you decide freely, and if you complete the pilot you get a founding price on the regular licence.

What does it cost?

A monthly fee with one month's notice, or the whole six months up front at a discount. The figure is shared in the first meeting. The pilot price is below the direct procurement threshold, so most public organisations can buy directly. The threshold counts your combined purchases of the same kind over the year, so do a short check of your own.

Who is it for?

Small and mid-sized organisations that have bought AI tools but don't see the work change: the licences and training are in place, but use stays with a few. The person asking is usually the AI lead, a transformation or digital lead, a PMO or someone in the management team. Public, private or non-profit.

What does it take from us?

One person who owns the question, permission to send a short survey, and some time from the people who carry the change. The proposal spells out what that means for your organisation.

How does Ody keep our data secure?

Every organisation's data is kept apart: each record is tied to your organisation, and access is checked against it on every request. Data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.2 or higher, and hosted on AWS in the EU.

Will our data be used to train AI models?

No. Ody runs its AI models through Amazon Bedrock in the EU. The AI provider does not store the content of requests and never uses it to train its models. Every sub-processor is named on /trust.

How do we get it past legal and our data protection officer?

They get a DPA, the list of sub-processors and a DPIA template before anything starts. Ody recommends and people decide. We have a plan for how Ody meets the EU AI Act and share it on request.

What does a pilot involve?

The pilot is non-binding and runs for six months, starting when you are ready. The pilot price is below the direct procurement threshold, and you can stop after 30 days and pay the first month only.
